Russian Direct Investment Fund signed new agreements with China
Following Vladimir Putin's visit to Beijing, the Russian Direct Investment Fund has expanded its cooperation with Chinese partners. This was announced by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Presidential Representative for Investment and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries.
The new cooperation agreements were concluded in the area of investment and infrastructure projects between Russia and China, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund stressed. Representatives of the countries state that the partnership will also continue to develop within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Joint investment projects in SCO countries and assistance for companies entering the Russian and Chinese markets are planned in conjunction with the China-SCO Demonstration Area and the Russian-Chinese Guild of Commerce.
Russian-Chinese cooperation can also develop in the area of civil space infrastructure through collaboration with China Construction Eighth Engineering Division and the Wenchang International Aerospace City Administration, Dmitriev also emphasized.
